Alice Mary Baldwin Becomes Dean of Women

Alice Mary Baldwin took up her role as dean of women at Trinity College in 1924, becoming the first woman administrator and the first woman to hold a faculty appointment here. As dean of women and later dean of the college, Baldwin would guide generations of women students until her retirement in 1947.
